Formerly the McKees Rocks Gazette originally published in 1892 and founded by John E. Schramm. The SUBURBAN GAZETTE remains a private corporation still owned by descendants of the Schramm Family. This newspaper is not associated with any other group of newspapers and remains the only independent weekly newspaper in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
The paper publishes 8,000 copies every Wednesday and the deadline day is Friday, prior at Noon.
We service: The Boroughs of McKees Rocks, Crafton, Ingram, Thornburg and Pennsbury and the Townships of: Kennedy, Robinson and Stowe all in Western Pennsylvania.
GAZETTE PRINTING COMPANY, INC., is a full service printing company. Printing NCR forms, letterheads, booklets, pamphlets, brochures and envelopes, and offering services as: Rubber Stamps, Bindery, Stitching, Hole Drilling, Padding and Warehousing. You can submit your news items for publication consideration, by simply emailing them free of charge to Gazette1892_verizon.net before the deadline on Thursdays before Wednesdays publication date.
Always send your news in a document format and attach it to your email. If you have any photographs, you can attach them as jpegs to the same email. Identify any person in the photograph, left to right and place them in the document you are sending. You should have a contact name along with a daylight phone number. The decision of the Editor is final and anything sent along can't be returned; if fact it becomes the work product of SUBURBAN GAZETTE.

We are a commercial printer, publishing in the same place in McKees Rocks Pennsylvania since 1892. We are a family business. A small local company that does big things. We dont do it unless our customer is satisfied and were satisfied that the project is done right and on budget.
We are proud to serve clients in Western Pennsylvania, most of them small family businesses. They are in the Food, Education and Manufacturing sectors.
We print: Booklets, Catalog, Brochure and Direct Mail pieces. Envelopes, Admission Tickets, Raffle Tickets, NCR (No carbon required forms) business cards, rubber stamps, and more. We do work exclusively with human resource departments; discretely printing sensitive information.

Public notices are published. Attorneys, municipalities, school districts and public authorities.
Articles of Incorporation, Charters Notices, Dissolutions Notices, Estates, any public right to know can be run. Most of these items are on $45 and include proof of publications. This price is for the short versions. The Estate Notices are for 3-concesstive runs and also includes proof of publication
We also publish bankruptcies, adoptions and other at additional charges.

Classified ads are charge by the word. The base ad has 12 words in it. With the first 3 being capitalized and boldfaced. Anything over 12 words is charged ten cents additional per word.

The SUBURBAN GAZETTE has 6 columns on a page. The page width in 10 x 14.5.
1 Column width is 1 5/8 wide; 2 Column widths is 3 ¼ wide; 3 Column is 5 wide; 4 Column width is 6 ½ wide; 5 Column width is 8 ½ wide and 6 Column is 10 ¼ wide.
Type the material you want in your ad in the block. A composition artist will make up the ad and email it back to you upon payment.

A limited number of back issues are available. We do not offer library or archive service of back issues. We have nothing older that 6-months. So you need to know the exact issue date your looking for.
Anything over 2-weeks old, is $2.00 per issue; it can be purchase at the desk; or you can call and have it sent, for and additional charge.
- All subscriptions are available for subscribers inside the U.S. with U.S. mailing addresses.
- Mail subscriptions do not include advertisements of special inserts.
- Advance payment by check or credit card is required (Master Card, Visa and Discover Cards) Sorry no debit cards.
The Suburban Gazette does not provide mail subscription service outside of the U.S.
